1. Appointment Requests via Setmore​

When you book an appointment through Setmore, your request is not automatically confirmed. Please wait for a confirmation email from Baja Interpretation and Translation Group, LLC. Do not consider your appointment scheduled until you receive this confirmation.

2. Response Time​

We understand the urgency of many interpretation and translation needs. Our team will review your request and respond as promptly as possible to confirm availability or suggest alternatives.

3. Urgent Requests
For same-day or urgent appointments, please send a follow-up email to angelicaveleztraduccion@gmail.com after booking to help us prioritize your request.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

 

5. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are personalized and based on mutual agreement, depending on the complexity, urgency, and nature of the service. Since each client’s needs are unique, pricing may vary from case to case.

6. Communication
All confirmations and updates will be sent via email. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for important messages from us.
